A new Vietnamese street food concept offering ‘Com Binh Dan’ (Working People Food) arrives in the Square Mile dishing up boxes of pho, banh mi and bun noodle salads to go for Moorgate office types. HOP, which comes to us from ex-City worker Paul Hopper, will open in Finsbury Avenue Square on 15 June.

HOP (meaning ‘box’ in Vietnamese) aims to create quick and healthy lunches, breakfasts and snacks for those on the go.

On the menu: Congee (Viet porridge), customisable pho, banh mi sandwiches, summer rolls, snack pots of sticky rice, jerky and greens and traditional Vietnamese drip coffee.
