Choose two courses each from the likes of: Toasted sourdough with fig and tahini; saffron poached pear, yogurt, nuts and seeds; an Arabica fry up (fried eggs, grilled spicy beef Sujuk, roasted tomato, chestnut mushrooms, flatbreads) or a Lebanese cold breakfast (Lebneh in olive oil/naboulsi/haloumi) soft boiled egg, tomato, baby cucumber, mint, olives, Man’ousheh.
