Granary Square Brasserie, a new restaurant brand from the team behind The Ivy Collection, opens today (Wednesday 6 December). Located in the heart of King’s Cross, on the former site of Bruno Loubet’s Grain Store (RIP), the restaurant sits on Granary Square with an al-fresco terrace overlooking Regent’s Canal.
The 250-cover restaurant, open seven days a week, offers modern British fare alongside dishes from around the globe. On the dinner menu: Calamari with wasabi mayo, lime & chilli, and Thai Spiced Mussels with chilli and grilled lime. Main courses will include a classic Fish Pie with salmon, cod and smoked haddock, a Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder with roast vegetables and Cote de Boeuf. A weekend brunch menu is on offer until 4 pm, accompanied by champagne, wine or cocktails. The al-fresco dining terrace overlooks Regent’s Canal and Granary Square’s floor-level fountains, complete with heaters and blankets so guests can enjoy the space all year round.
