2. Cin Cin Italian restaurant in Brighton 13-16 Vine St - BN1
A visit to this tiny ex-garage is “just fantastic fun”… “You sit at a bar up close and personal with other diners and enjoy the finest antipasti and pasta Brighton has to offer, prepared and cooked right in front of you”. Newly sporting a Bib Gourmand, it also spawned a Hove spin-off on Western Road in January 2018, with a larger kitchen and more ambitious menu.
3. Polpo Italian restaurant in Brighton 20 New Rd - BN1
The South Coast outpost of Russell Norman’s “relaxed” small plates Venetian tapas chain has outperformed sister ventures in Bristol and Exeter, which closed down quickly.
