Bonnie Gull will bring a taste of the seaside to Mayfair this summer as the seafood shack takes up residence at The Garden Café at Brown Hart Gardens. There will be grab and go grub for those on the hoof and sit-in options (no ressies though) for those hoping to enjoy some sun and seafood.
On top of the usual Bonnie Gull catches, diners will find vegan options, plenty of fizz, wine, Pimms, fresh juices, coffee and of course their signature ‘Bonnie Mary’ cocktail.
On the menu: London smoked salmon with poached Arlington Egg; half native lobster with fennel; Selsey white crab; marinaded tofu, roasted butternut squash with marinated peppers and Israeli couscous with baby spinach. Beetroot-cured Loch Duart salmon with quinoa; Cornish octopus carpaccio with soy, ginger and chilli; or a frankly mammoth seafood platter including half Selsey brown crab, half Cornish lobster, Scottish langoustines, rock oysters, Cornish mackerel and the aforementioned smoked salmon.
