Celeb chef Valentine Warner (of the Beeb’s What to Eat Now) is taking over the kitchen at Snaps + Rye on 23 April. The supper club ‘Valentine Warner Cooks Scandinavia’ is inspired by his travels around the Nordic nations.
Guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail before sitting down to a three course dinner. On the menu: Danish canapés; Skagen, black bread, ured salmon; goat, celeriac & apple puree, asparagus and lovage butter; and liquorice ice cream, poached rhubarb and pepperkaker.
