Win The Shed: The Cookbook

The brothers behind The Shed, a delightfully ramshackle farm-to-table restaurant in Notting Hill, have launched their first cookbook – and you could be in with a chance of winning a signed copy. Impress your family and friends this Christmas with stunning seasonal recipes from Oliver, Richard and Gregory Gladwin’s The Shed: The Cookbook.

The book is comprised of four sections, each taking a season. Winter includes pan fried goat’s cheese with hazelnuts, honey and thyme. Or try roasted pumpkin with spelt, leeks and cobnuts; hake, red pepper, samphire with lemon and olive oil sauce or braised pheasant, lentils, greens and rosehip sauce – all of which showcase ingredients foraged from beaches and hedgerows and grown or reared on the brothers’ Nutbourne Farm, West Sussex. Luscious-sounding desserts include a Viennetta parfait with salty caramel butterscotch and dark chocolate.

To win a signed copy of The Shed: The Cookbook just answer this simple question:

What is the name of the Gladwin brothers’ second London restaurant, opened in September this year?

a) Hare

b) Bunny

c) Rabbit
