January’s Ã la carte menu sees head chef Julien Carlon (formerly of Club Gascon and Le Gavroche) serve up some elegant new dishes including: Roasted hand-dived scallop, port risotto & lardo and grilled saddle of lamb, smoked anchovies & swiss chard.
The team at Cigalon aren’t fans of Dry January either and would be happy to guide you through great wine pairings from the restaurant’s exclusive Provencal & Corsican cellar. Drinks can be enjoyed before or after in the chic Baranis bar over a game of pétanque!
