Guests chefs takeover Zoilo

picture of diego cordosoDid you know that the influences on Argentinean cuisine come from countries as diverse as Sweden, Italy, Germany, Spain and Wales? If not, prepare to be enlightened as Argentine tapas bar Zoilo plays host to a series of chefs who will guide diners through the country’s rich food history.

On 27 & 28 November, former head chef of Murano Diego Cardoso will take over the kitchen of the Marylebone restaurant. His menu fuses Argentinean and Italian ingredients and techniques in dishes such as Argentine sweetbreads with celeriac and hazelnut puree with chimichurri dressing. Tickets cost £40 per person. To book call 020 7486 9699 or email bookings@zoilo.co.uk

More takeovers are planned for 2015, including Marcus Samuelsson, the Ethiopian-born, Swedish-raised and New York-based chef and restaurateur – now that’s quite a fusion!
