Norma will launch a supper club series led by Culinary Director Ben Tish.
Monthly events will begin on September 7 with a seafood-focused menu, with oysters, razar clam crudo with cucumber, fennels and herbs, and charcoal grilled monkfish tail with gremolata and aioli.
The second dinner on October 5 will honour the quintessentially Sicilian fortified wine: Marsala. Expect smokey beef ribs and cannoli.

Sicilian Seafood & Crudo
Date: 7th September
On Tuesday 7th September, Norma’s unique crudo bar will take centre stage and become the star of the evening. Everything you would expect to find in Italy or Northern Africa will feature in a special seafood-style menu for one evening only. The chefs have created a delectable menu of the freshest seasonal seafood dressed in delicious olive oils and flavourings. Dishes on the menu will be individually priced, and tables for the event will be available to book via the website from 6pm onwards. The menu will run alongside a reduced A La Carte menu.

A night to celebrate Marsala wines, the unique fortified wines which originate from the small coastal town by the same name in Western Sicily. Ben Tish and the Norma team have curated a special four-course menu with the perfect Marsala pairings. Tables can be booked from 6pm with the menu priced at £75 per head.
Date: 2nd November
Norma will play host to the family-run, Sicilian wine producers Donnafugata. Donnafugata have worked closely with the team to create a four-course menu paired with authentic Sicilian wines. On the night, Norma will have a Sicilian wine expert on hand to answer any questions you have about the origins of the wine, the making process, and the perfect food pairings. Tables can be booked from 6pm with the menu priced at £75 per head.
