Making a noise in Shoreditch

A new seafood bistro and cocktail bar called Noisy Oyster is to launch in Shoreditch next week, from the duo behind Soho grill Firebird.

The restaurant promises to match modern seafood dishes with signature mini martinis. The seafood menu ranges from a raw bar and whole grilled fish to share to dry-aged tuna cheeseburger with truffle fries, while drinks include a concise list of low-intervention wines from small-scale producers across Europe.

Noisy Oyster is in Nicholls Clarke Yard, part of the Norton Folgate redevelopment next to Shoreditch station, where it joins Kolomba East and Osteria Angelina. Its owners are St Petersburg restaurateurs Madina Kazhimova and Anna Dolgushina, who founded Firebird four years ago.
