The Beeb’s old home repurposed for foodie festival

Storeys ROOF smallOn the roof of one of West London’s most iconic buildings Storeys – a pop-up food experience from event production company Afternoon Delight LDN – has been extended through the summer and into the autumn. It can be found on top of the former Beeb Car Park at Television Centre in White City from Friday-Sunday with a whole new line-up of street food traders.

Storeys will feature Sub Cult (gourmet subs), Tiberi (Spanish-inspired burgers & sobrasada chorizo toasties), Busan BBQ (The Ameri-korean dream. Bold Korean ingredients with American diner classics), Dumpling Shack (steamed Chinese dumplings), Kothu Kothu (Kothu Roti from Sri Lanka) and Vinn Goute (Seychelles street food kitchen).

On Wednesday 30 September food blogger Rosie Llewellyn of A Little Lusciousness and comedian Hardeep Sing Kohli will host a curry dinner for 60 people with all profits going towards the refugee crisis. Tickets are now available on Grub Club. On 8 October guests can expect an evening of dance performances and music as new app, Happy Track celebrates their launch party. Storeys’ upcoming event programme will also feature rooftop yoga sessions with Serene Social every Saturday from 9-10am.

Storeys closes its doors on Sunday 11 October with a spectacular closing weekend party, featuring a line-up of Storeys’ favourite DJs, games and drink specials. Guests can now purchase advance Q jump tickets online which includes an arrival cocktail.
