Tickets are now on sale for this exclusive “From Sea to Table” banquet on Tuesday July 16 with one of Hospitality’s most famous names: Chef Richard Corrigan at his Piccadilly bastion, Bentley’s.

As the weather warms up, we look to lighter morsels to complement the weather, such as the freshest seafood. And, Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, one of London’s oldest eateries, remains one of our reporters favourite destinations at which to enjoy it. 

Join Richard Corrigan to celebrate the best of the Native Lobster and get the lowdown on his tips for getting the most out of this delectable crustacean and other fishy fare.

The evening will commence with a sparkling Canapé reception, plus a live Oyster shucking, followed by an extravagant four-course seafood banquet which more than gives a nod to Richard’s passion for produce from the sea. The menu includes sumptuous Fruits de Mer Platters for sharing, Lobster Bisque, Dover sole, and is rounded off with a summery pud.

All guests will automatically be entered into a draw on the night to win 2 places to attend a Bentley’s Seafood Cookery School lesson. 

After dinner there will be a Q & A with Richard Corrigan on sustainable fishing and his tips on how to best cook and eat Native lobster, a book signing and draw to announce winner of Seafood Cookery School prize.
