‘Savage’ new City rooftop bar offers 50% off during soft launch

A new destination rooftop bar is to open in the Hilton at Tower Hill, 12 storeys above the City.

Savage Garden will bring a “brutally botanical vibe, opulent interiors, and an expansive al fresco terrace”, with experimental cocktails and food offerings.

Head of Mixology André Cavalheiro has designed an outlandish drinks menu, with “creative concoctions” such as the Horny Beast, mixed of Beefeater Pink Gin, coconut rum, lime juice and apple and rhubarb soda.

Savage Garden implores: “For something a little darker, try the Devil’s Advocate, a twisted take on a margarita, made with tequila, grapefruit juice, crème de cassis, lemon and sugar, finished with sage leaves and a drop of ‘Savage Hot Stuff’ – we dare you!”

Dining options include feasting boards including blackened sesame prawn toast with bacon jam, charred octopus and fennel, and pork tomahawk with black pudding fries and salsa verde.

The interior “reflects London’s urban landscape”, with lots of metal, stone, wood and glass. The terrace will, it has been suggested, become a destination this summer.

You can book now at via Bookatable. There’s not yet a Harden’s review, so let us know what you think if you go!
