Tartine and charcuterie boardPORTRAITAfter their successful pop-up turned into a permanent site in Covent Garden, the husband and wife team behind Champagne + Fromage are eyeing expansion with a third outpost coming soon. Stefano Frigerio and Maud Fierobe, together with cheese expert Franck Le Blais, will open the French artisan bistro and deli this June within Greenwich market on Church Street.

The fromagerie and shop will offer over 50 soft and hard French cheeses – all sourced from Une Normandeà Londres – alongside a selection of fresh tartines as well as terrine, rillettes, cassoulets, confits, soups and jams, saucisses and more. In addition, Champagne + Fromage will boast its own secret cellar with 25 bottles of bubbly to enjoy in the bistro or takeaway.
