Sustainable seafood restaurant from the US opens in London

US seafood chain Slapfish is to make its London debut. Andrew Gruel – an unfortunate name for a chef, some may say – will open his first London outpost in Kentish Town after seeing success on America’s West Coast.

Slapfish focuses on serving sustainable seafood and sources its fish from local fishers.

On their London menu will be lobster taquitos, shrimp ceviche, ‘clobster’ grilled cheese, and tacos. Slapfish is also well known for its chowder fries.
