Chef Jono Hawthorne’s culinary talents are on display at this casual, first-floor space with open kitchen, in the city-centre. It inspired somewhat limited feedback this year, but it was all highly complimentary regarding the cooking, which is enjoyed through the medium of a Signature Tasting Menu for £79 per person (as well as a shorter five-course menu available on Wednesdays and Thursdays for £45 per person).
