Summary

London, Miami… Manchester… is to be the third location for Richard Caring/Caprice Holding’s ostentatious ultra-luxe fish and seafood brand. Mancunians have never exactly been averse to a bit of bling, so it may have found its spiritual home here, at the gateway to Spinningfields where the Armani Emporium used to be. On the menu, its mix of sashimi, wagyu and ‘Sexy fruit de mer’. Mad fer it!

For 32 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
