"We had a super afternoon tea here. The carriage is inside the National Railway Museum Station Hall and teas must be rebooked. Access is a little problematic at the moment whilst they build a new Welcome entrance so do check the web site but you can book online (Wednesday to Sunday). There is a car park (£10 all day) only open during NRM hours otherwise there is quite a walk from the Railway Station. Food was lovely with a good selection of sandwiches, savouries, scones and cake. Unlimited coffee and tea. A full bar is available."
