The Shore Restaurant, Penzance, offers a set seafood tasting menu crafted using the best ingredients available on a daily basis. Bruce has captained the kitchens for some of the top chefs in the country, including Michelin starred Restaurant Martin Wishart in Edinburgh, Michelin starred Shanks in Northern Ireland, Gary Rhodes and Rick Stein. This experience has given Bruce the tools, knowledge and passion to create dishes to please you. Most of all, we want to make you happy when you are our guests and we will always welcome your feedback. Please remember that Bruce works alone in the kitchen and service is tailored accordingly.
