An “imaginative” tapas-style venue that’s “bang on trend” and enjoys “an unrivalled location right on the beach and by the Tate”. “The view alone would suffice”, but there’s far more on offer – the “food never fails to deliver” and is “reasonably priced” (“it shouldn’t be this good!”).
“Inventive tapas-style dishes from an open-plan kitchen” and a “buzzy atmosphere” “in the shadow of Tate St Ives” make this café “an unbeatable place to watch the sun go down”. Earlier in the day, it’s equally “good for afternoon tea looking out to sea”; breakfast and lunch, too.
“On a warm summer’s evening, there is nowhere better in the UK” – the continuing verdict on this idyllic beachside café, near the Tate. It attracted less feedback than in previous years, but is usually lauded for its seafood tapas, ’build-your-own-breakfast’ and mesmeric views of the rolling surf.
“If the weather’s good, there’s nowhere better” to be than this café, with a “lovely location right on the beach”, and near the Tate. The food, including “fantastic” seafood tapas, is “divine”, and the “view over to the island is amazing”. Top Tip – brunch: “get yourself into one of the pods that looks out onto the sands, turn on the heaters, and cosy up on not so sunny days.”
