Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"This was the first time that we have eaten there. We had the 7 course taster menu with th suggested wine flight as part of a hotel deal including the room. We found no fault in any aspect of this comfortable and friendly hotel. There were some interesting ideas in the menu offered. We will certainly be going there in the future."
