For 34 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

The Ingham Swan Restaurant Diner Reviews

"“On the strength of reviews we booked lunch at the Ingham Swan whilst visiting the area. We had a fantastic meal (the Roots menu, £49.50 pp) and shared a wine pairing (£25). Service from Holly was charming and helpful from the minute we walked through the door. Food and drinks arrived promptly but we never felt rushed. The menu celebrates the establishment’s 15 years in Ingham and included seasonal delights such as wild garlic and local asparagus. A complimentary pre-starter of celeriac veloute held a surprise walnut & parsley pesto and was topped with popped wild rice. Accompanied by warm bread rolls and houmous. The cheese and spinach soufflé was so light and full of flavour. The fillet of beef was perfectly cooked and a definite highlight of the meal with asparagus, beetroot, wild garlic and a delicious jus. A tartlet of rhubarb with crème anglaise finished the meal. We chose not to add the optional cheese course (£12) as we were pleasantly replete. The restaurant has rooms and we are looking to add a day onto our next Norfolk trip to take advantage of this"
