They like a bit glam up Manchester way and ee-by-gum this late 2026 launch looks like it will have it a-go-go. In Medlock Square – the £300m entertainment centrepiece of the new Etihad Campus – it’s being masterminded by Laura Montana (co-creator of Sexy Fish) and will be in a similar vein: a huge space with a super-splashy vibe and Pan-Asian cuisine.
