“Excellent pasta at excellent prices” means it is “always hard to get a table” at this two-year-old deli-restaurant from Sandra Kuleviciute & Flavio Arruda, a “husband-and-wife team who have completely nailed it for cheap but fantastic homemade pasta” (which is available in gluten- and egg-free versions).
