Harden's says
Opening in May 2024 on Charlotte Street, Fitzrovia, an ambitious restaurant giving pride of place to risotto – both in classic versions and new incarnations with ingredients from as far away as Japan. Chef Andrea Granzarolo is from Lombardy, birthplace of risotto, and spent six years with Hélène Darroze at The Connaught.
