Harden's says
Spanish chef Miguel Angel Major, previously of Michelin-starred Sucede in Valencia (and before that, a little-known spot called El Bulli), has been appointed head chef for the relaunch of this newly expanded Finneston tapas restaurant; he will blend Basque and Scottish flavours and ingredients in what their social media calls "an exceptional, unique restaurant concept". Opening in June 2021.
