Harden's says
Opening August 2024, a new restaurant from Michel Roux – his first since closing the family’s iconic Le Gavroche in London – at Crossbasket Castle near Glasgow. Named after a 1950s dance hall in nearby Hamilton, the venue will combine high-end dining with live music and entertainment, seven nights a week.
