“The menu is a little different” at Raja Manuswamy’s colourful Clifton venue, which celebrates the regional cuisines of all 28 Indian states. Launched 10 years ago, it now has a more casual spin-off offering tapas-sized street-food dishes, Nutmeg Street Kitchen, near the Bristol Hippodrome in the city centre.
