The Coach House is a restaurant with rooms situated in the conservation village of Norbury, in the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nestled between the Long Mynd and the Stiperstones the setting is nothing short of idyllic.
The AA have rated the accomodation as 4 star with an additional GOLD award to reflect the level of quality that we offer. We have 3 dog friendly rooms and 4 non dog friendly ones. Your pet may join you in either of our two lounge bar rooms for a meal yet our main dining room is pet free.
Our restaurant has been awarded 2AA rosettes for culinary excellence and our young chef is definitely one to watch. We offer lunches on Friday and Saturday and dinner service every night from Wednesday to Saturday. We also do Sunday lunches on Bank Holiday weekends and monthly Tasting Menu evenings with matching wine flights. Lexi Morris, one of our owners is a qualified wine maker and will be delighted to discuss all things grapes with you.
Our food is modern British and we focus on seasonal local produce of which there is an abundance. Our butchers are the only accreddited Rare Breeds butcher in Shropshire and we have outstanding relationships with several local farmers and gardeners to bring us exceptional quality ingredients.

Whilst we strive for the utmost quality in whatever we do we insist that our service is relaxed and unpretentious so that you can enjoy what we offer with no airs and graces.
We are all passionate about food, drink and making sure our customers havea great time when they are with us.
We hope to see you soon.

The Coach House Norbury Restaurant Diner Reviews
"Coach House goes from strength to strength. The new front of house manager has taken service to new levels to match the food offering from this hot young chef & his expanding team. Flavours continue to be pronounced yet delineated never muddled, taking more international influence in recent times. Bread is a highlight. Monthly tasting menu is a must visit. "
