A “stunning location” (and suitability for business dining) are undisputed attractions of this year-old newcomer from D&D London, whose huge windows offer a bird’s eye view of Brum from the 24th floor of the city’s tallest office building. All reports are fundamentally positive regarding the modern brasserie cuisine (top slot on the menu is côte de boeuf or châteaubriand to share) if with the caveat that the odd dish is “rather ordinary”.

Summary

On the 24th floor of Brum’s tallest office building – this new D&D London venue opened in mid-October 2022, with what is said to be a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the city. Chris Emery provides a modern French menu from noon till past midnight.

For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).
