This relative newcomer (est. 2019) by the water at Southampton’s Ocean Village Marina serves “excellent Southeast Asian fusion food, in a very nice atmosphere with excellent service”. Executive chef Daren Liew (formerly of Hakkasan and Duddell’s of Hong Kong) has created a range of signature dishes, led by his play on Peking duck flavoured with Sarawak black pepper from the forests of east Malaysia.
