Cut from a similar, amusingly OTT cloth, it follows the current fashion for rotisserie chicken (although – as at its sibling – there’s plenty of caviar, blinis and Champagne on the menu, too). It can seem pricey, but otherwise is consistently well reviewed (and is memorably described by The Guardian’s Grace Dent as “boss-level KFC” in her January 2024 critique).
