Harden's says
Steeped in history, The Cadogan hotel on Sloane Street had a major refurbishment, from which it rose, phoenix-like, as the Belmond Cadogan. Hot chef du jour Adam Handling is 'handling' the entire food offering, from breakfast and room service to afternoon tea to this eponymous restaurant (with its own entrance on Pont Street); Adam says he wants to "draw on the heritage of the building and reinterpret it in my own way" - with Lillie Langtry and Oscar Wilde as former residents, that could mean almost anything!
