As it's pretty close to the new US Embassy, is opening on Hallowe'en 2018 and is run by a Mexican-born chef, Pablo Peñalosa Najera, we're wondering what political message they are trying to convey? Dishes span the continental US, from San Franciscan fish stew to NY strip steak and New Orleans dessert Bananas Foster.
