Harden's survey result
Limited but enthusiastic feedback on this casual spot in Bermondsey (once known as Antico) where the focus is on fresh, handmade pasta and a selection of Italian wines. They also run the gin bar downstairs (‘214 Bermondsey’).
“Makes up for the sad demise of Zucca (RIP)”! A “great neighbourhood Italian spot” in Bermondsey, with “consistent food” and “particularly good risottos”. It’s “family-friendly” too, if “rather noisy” when lunch is in full flow.
“It’s not as trendy as some nearby rivals”, but this three-year-old Bermondsey Italian is still “a favourite haunt of many locals” providing “good, authentic” flavours, and a “lively” (“noisy at peak times”) atmosphere.
