Harden's says
Cyrus Todiwala, the chef behind the “excellent” Café Spice Namasté and Goan-Portuguese restaurant Mr Todiwala’s kitchen, has launched his first restaurant outside London. Tandem has five separate areas over two floors, including a bar, casual dining and fine dining.
