“Intense reduced sauces, perfectly cooked venison and an intriguing plate of pudding choices” exemplify the very “modern and refined” cuisine at this “interesting” three-year-old, where 7-course tasting menu features alongside the à la carte. It’s quite an “ambient” space, but, in the upstairs room in particular, can seem a mite “clinical”.

They have a single aim - to be able to deliver the authentic Royal Indian dining experience to its patrons with utmost courtesy and hospitality. The menu will take you on a culinary journey from south to north of India.
Chef Kamaladasan started his journey from Chennai, India. After graduating from the famous Food Craft Institute, Trichy, Kamal trained at the Taj Group of Hotels in India. With a dream of working and learning he joined at Taj Coramandel, which gave him exposure to the fine dining standards. He built his knowledge in different cooking styles ranging from pantry to pan. He then ventured to come to London where he began his journey in a Michelin star restaurant Tamarind Mayfair, London. Over last 7 years Kamal has been successful in achieving standards and elevating Indian food in London to a different level. Kamal is inspired by his journey that began when he saw his mom cooking in Chennai to the foods that he has been exposed to through his travels and of course London City. He has created dishes that have his trademark style and often featured in magazines and cookbooks. His creativity and unique style has brought amble exposure and he is now an integral part of Navadhanya. The menu therefore has refreshing twist while keeping the authenticity of the flavours.
