With a change of regime, and new chef Gary Jarvis (ex-The Barn at Coworth Park) at the helm, this art-lined, remote coaching inn seems to be “back on track”. Some reports are still critical, but more often it’s credited with turning out “imaginative” food that’s “worth paying a little more for”.
