It’s a question of ‘watch this space’ when it comes to this much-anticipated restaurant from acclaimed Chef Patron Jonny Mills and his partner Hannah, set to open at The Goodsyard. Originally scheduled for late 2025, a September 2025 Insta-post described a six-month push-back as costs on the fit-out had increased. At the heart of the formula, will be a tasting menu using hyper-seasonal produce and top local suppliers.
