Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"very comfortable seating, but the lack of air-con (on a day of 31 degrees) had people grabbing menus to fan themselves. Anchovy butter "nibbles" was very good, but the meal went down hill from there. The "Sunday Roast" chocken was very dry and the claimed unlimited gravy came in pots of about 5cc each, and the also unlimited roasties were three walnut kernal pieces, which were never replenished despite requests. Dissapointing, but the conversation was great! "
