Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Went for Father's Day and was left quite disappointed as the food was not up to the usual standard! All the dishes I wanyed contained mushroom in one form or another (which I'm allergic to), although it was never mentioned on the menu! Plus no extra effort had really been made give the occassion!!"
