Coppet Hall Beach - SA69
Sweeping sea-views accompany a visit to this svelte-looking, modern coastal venue overlooking Coppet Hall beach. Part of the Seren Collection, it formerly traded as Coast (RIP) before a re-launch in 2024 with a more ‘inclusive’ style of menu prepared by chef Gerwyn Jones, with input from Hywel Griffith (known for Beach House, see also). Perhaps because of its more everyday style (featuring the likes of Pembrokeshire steaks, burgers – lamb or tuna – bao buns, BBQ tofu, fish of the day…) it inspired little feedback this year.
