“Amazing dishes, with unusual foraged ingredients” are winning some renown for Matt Powell’s ten-seat two-year-old – a converted bank in the heart of the town (which relocated after a year's operation in nearby Lawrenny). “Everything is prepared in front of you, then described by the chef before you eat in a very intimate experience”. Early feedback awards it full marks all-round for his ten-course menu (at £120 per person) delivered over 3-4 hours; but is too limited for a rating.
