"I booked without receiving any warning that I would be required to pay for RHS entrance before I could reach the restaurant. As I was not prepared to pay £36+for me and my guiest just to get access to the restaurant I phoned the restaurant. I left a voicemail cancelling my reservation. I think your readers should be warned."
