For 33 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

"Always a treat to eat here. My Confit of Duck melted in the mouth. Fillet of Sea Bass was excellent. A definite plus that every course comes with its own vegetables - a pet hate is when they are extra. Loved being able to see what was happening in the open plan kitchen! We were surprised that there were only 4 tables occupied on a Friday evening."
