Originally due to open in Spring 2020, a sibling to The Ethicurean near Bristol; the new venue will have an 80 cover restaurant and "will continue to champion vegetable-led cooking, whilst supporting Cornish fishmongers and pasture rearing farms local to the vineyard to create enticing daytime menus and refined evening tasting menus".
