Harden's survey result
“Incredibly succulent meats carved onto your plate are complemented by an amazing array of salads” at this outpost of the Brazilian ‘rodizio’ (’eat-as-much-as-you-want-buffet’) chain; “normally the expectation would be vast quantities of indifferent food; but not here.” Also with branches in Liverpool and Leeds.
For 30 years we've been curating reviews of the UK's most notable restaurant. In a typical year, diners submit over 50,000 reviews to create the most authoritative restaurant guide in the UK. Each year, the guide is re-written from scratch based on this survey (although for the 2021 edition, reviews are little changed from 2020 as no survey could run for that year).

Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill Restaurant Diner Reviews
"So arrived a few minutes late, waited for sides to arrive which took longer than expected, a very weird set up, we couldn't understand the staff as they were wearing masks but that is their decision, odd that the sides were on a menu but the drinks menu you had to scan?? In any event, the meats were coming, we tried quite a few - they were tasteless, cold and fatty, blood was dripping on the table which wasn't the best. The staff were OK but didn't ask if we wanted any sides or if we needed drinks, customer service isn't the best.... I spoke to Pablo who was very egotistical and said he was the senior Manager, he tole me to not speak as he couldn't get a word in edge ways, he said was going to look at the CCTV to see what we had ate - although I was happy to pay - we were there 25 minutes and left the food, he was aggressive, arrogant, rude and actually made me cry, I left crying as he crushed me with his bullying ways and I paid £90 and had eaten hardly anything, had one small beer and had been insulted by basically a bully in a suit...... we went to Gaucho and it was amazing,,, the staff were superb - I told them about my experience and they were not surprised."
