March 2018: According to Manchester Confidential Stock will now accommodate just the one O’Hare restaurant, however it has not yet been revealed whether the remaining venue will be The Man Who Fell to Earth or Are Friends Electric. It is scheduled to open at the end of the year.

Harden's says

Chef Micheal O'Hare (of Man Behind the Curtain, Leeds, fame) has teamed up with footballers Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs to open this restaurant (one of three they are planning together) in the former Stock Exchange building, which they will re-open as a boutique hotel in 2018.
