“One of the best locations in the South East” (hugging the Thames at Boulters Lock) is the undeniable highlight of a trip to this Home Counties haunt, with an expansive terrace. The food escapes criticism, but if it were better this could be a major destination.
A venue whose main attraction is “one of the nicest riverside locations in the area” (the building is built out right over the Thames); if the “food was better, it would be an amazing restaurant”, but as it is, it's merely “good”.
