Harden's survey result
Southwestern France and northern Spain are inspiration for the “interesting menu” at this “lovely” yearling bistro in a boutique Covent Garden hotel (which has a “very good bar” too).
Ollie Dabbous has now left this dining room inside the new 18-room Henrietta Hotel (sibling to Grand Pigalle in Paris), and it has been re-christened from plain ‘Henrietta’. New chef Sylvain Roncayrol offers a menu inspired by SW France, Basque and Corsican cuisine.
This late spring 2017 dining room opening from the Experimental Group (who own this plush, new hotel – sibling to Grand Pigalle in Paris) is most notable for the consultancy of Ollie Dabbous in the kitchen. It opened too late for survey feedback on his trademark exotic small plates – press reviews report the odd miss, but mostly hits.
